2. Visual and Physical Inspection

● Upon arrival at our warehouse, each item undergoes a multi-point inspection process including:

● Inspections are performed by trained quality control staff with over 5 years of experience.

● Supplier records, shipment history, and inspection logs are archived for at least 24 months.

6. Anti-Counterfeit Policy

● Any confirmed counterfeit case results in supplier delisting, and full client refund or replacement.
