Shipping & Delivering
1. Delivery Responsibility
FPGAX is responsible for packaging and shipping all products to the address provided by the customer.
All shipments are handled through trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Inspection Period
Customers must inspect the goods within 7 calendar days of receipt.
This includes checking the quantity, part number, packaging condition, and external appearance.
3. Inspection Scope
Verify that part numbers and quantities match your purchase order.
Ensure the original manufacturer packaging, label, and anti-static protection are intact.
Any visual damage or discrepancies must be documented with clear photos.
4. Reporting Issues
If there is any shipping error (wrong part/model/quantity) or visible damage, contact FPGAX within 7 days of delivery.
For quality-related issues, a formal inspection report from a certified lab must be submitted within 30 days.
Late claims will not be accepted.
5. Product Status After Receipt
Products are considered accepted if no issue is raised within the specified time.
After acceptance, FPGAX is no longer liable for external damage or mismatches not reported in time.
