Purchase Guide

1. Product Search

• Find what you need, precisely.

• Use the search bar to enter the full or partial part number (e.g., XC7K410T-2FFG900I).

• You can also browse by brand, packaging type, or category (FPGA, DSP, Military IC, etc.).

• Each product page displays detailed specifications, brand, packaging, and stock availability.

2. Check Product Details

• Before placing an order, please verify the following:

• Manufacturer and part number are correct

• Packaging type matches your requirement (Tray, Tube, Reel, etc.)

• Operating temperature, speed grade, and other technical specs

• Product status: New & Original, Factory Sealed, or Surplus Stock

3. Submit Purchase Inquiry

• FPGAX operates via quote-based purchasing.

• Click "Inquiry via Email" on the product page

• Fill in quantity, company name, and your contact details

• Our sales team will respond with pricing, lead time, and payment terms within 12 hours

4. Confirm Quotation & Place Order

• Once you receive our official quotation:

• Confirm order by replying via email

• We will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI)

• Provide your company's shipping info and VAT/tax ID (if applicable)

5. Payment Instructions

• We support the following payment methods:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - for international wire transfer

• PayPal - with 4.4% service fee

• RMB Bank Transfer - for domestic clients

• USD Offshore Account - for global trading partners

All transactions are offline to ensure security and flexibility. Payment instructions will be provided after PI confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or SF Express

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on region

• Tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched

• For bulk orders, we offer consolidated shipment options

7. Quality Assurance

• All chips are original, with inspection and traceability

• For sensitive or high-end parts, third-party test reports can be provided on request

• We provide 365-day limited warranty on non-human-damaged items

8. Important Notes

• Please double-check part number before placing inquiry

• Products sold are generally non-returnable unless verified defective

• We recommend early procurement for hard-to-find or EOL components
