Refund & Return

1. Conditions for Return & Exchange

• All products are clearly labeled with the manufacturer's name and part number. Please verify all details before placing an order.

• Please inspect the goods within 7 days of receipt.

• In the event of quality issues, a third-party test report or defect feedback must be submitted within 30 days. Late submissions will not be accepted.

• If the model or quantity is incorrect, please provide supporting photos (invoice, product image, etc.). Once verified, we will replace the item promptly.

• For returns due to quality issues, a detailed test report must be provided for supplier confirmation.

• If an invoice has been issued, please return it with the goods.

2. Non-Acceptable Return Cases

• Items missing original packaging or labels.

• Items that have been tested or used (except for quality issues).

• If no quality issues are reported within 30 days, the product will be deemed accepted.

• Returns due to buyer errors (wrong part number, incorrect purchase, etc.).

3. Return Address & Procedure

• Contact our customer support to receive the return address once return/exchange is approved.

• Our team will respond within 2 business days. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged after goods are received.

4. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, wrong quantity, product defect), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Special Notes

• We offer a 365-day warranty on non-human-damaged parts.

• Items must be returned to the original purchase location (e.g., goods bought in Hong Kong must be returned to Hong Kong).

• FPGAX reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
